Why isn't there a Student Activity Book for Level 1?
Classroom Teaching & Learning Handbook Level 1 is aimed at children aged 4-5 years, and therefore does not have an accompanying Student Activity Book.

When will I get an invoice after I place an order?
The invoice will arrive approximately 2 weeks after the order has been placed. The invoices are sent separately from the ordered materials.

Can I order extra copies of everything for other teachers/students?
Yes, any of the materials in Option 2 (The Classroom Pack) on the order form can be bought separately. Have a look on the order form under the title "I would like extra copies of..."
Option 1 (The Whole-school Pack) on the order form you can order extra copies of the Parent's Guide or CD ROM "Bringing The Program Alive". However, we do not normally sell the Whole-school handbook components out of the binder separately.

How do I know how much to pay?
Our online order form will automatically tally the total cost of your order, which is shown at the bottom of the page.

Can I view the materials before I purchase them?
Unfortunately we cannot send you the materials to view before purchase.

How do we know there is a bullying problem at our school?
The Friendly Schools & Families (FS&F) Program can help schools to survey student, staff and parent knowledge, attitudes and particularly behaviours regarding bullying. A standardised survey has been developed for each of these three groups.
